DJ/Producer Maximus 3000 Brings His Miami Flavored Beats To The Heart Of Key West, During “Tropical Heat” 2009.

A weekend of debauchery in a roman setting, Key West style featuring the music of DJ Maximus 3000.

For Immediate Release – Miami, FL August 13,2009. Miami Based DJ/Producer and Record label owner (8025 Alliance Music Group) DJ Maximus 3000 brings his contagious international beats to Key West’s Annual summer end festival “Tropical Heat” exploring his more darker deep-charged  sets.

The summer festival is often compared to the world famous “Fantasy Fest”, where thousands of vacationers visit the tropical island for a week long frolics of debauchery tourism under the tropical sun and crystal blue Atlantic waters of the Caribbean.  This year’s week long Festivities are celebrating the themes of Ancient Greece and Rome and sinful indulgence. Amongst brunches, T-dances, pool parties and socials, The main Dance Parties: “RUBICON” at Big Ruby’s Guest house Thursday August 20, 2009,  “ROMAN STEAM BATHS” a Club Aqua Friday August 21, 2009,  and “EMPIRE” at Bourbon Street pub Saturday August 22, 2009 will be spearheaded by the visionary mixing style of DJ Maximus 3000.  From Disco , to New wave, to Pop to House styles of Tribal and Electro will all be celebrated, for the diverse range of lifestyles and ages attending “TROPICAL HEAT”, and cementing the future attendance of a new generation of Visitors.

2009 is gearing up to be a explosive year for the Miami Based DJ, already becoming official DJ for many city sanctioned events and festivals such as official DJ to “The 35th Annual Coldwell banker Miami Beach festival of the Arts” (Miami Beach estimated 4k attendees), Official DJ to “Art Explosion 2009 Festival “Miami and Fort Lauderdale Dance Party” (Fort Lauderdale 2k attendees), “2009 Miami Gay and Lesbian Film Festival Official Fort Lauderdale Dance Party” (Fort Lauderdale 1.5k attendees), and Official DJ to The First Annual “Miami Beach Gay Pride” ( Miami Beach estimated 20k attendees) with several upcoming appearances already scheduled for 2009, including his weekly residency Living Room Nightclub Fort Lauderdale “Liquid Fridays” which  has become a groundbreaking and trendsetting weekly gathering, where an average of 2500 – 3000 partygoers revel in the uplifting and vivacious beats provided by Maximus 3000. An upcoming world tour schedule with his collaborative Recording artist/singer/songwriter Tania Mashay, is also quickly developing.

“TROPICAL HEAT” expands DJ Maximus 3000’s Artistic pallet further by being the first adult themed series of events in his career of versatile performance locals. His repertoire has included everything from High end chic south beach restaurants and hotels, to gritty electro-mod rock bars, to family/community oriented festivals and events, proving that no market or audience is un-tap able by the “jack of all trades” DJ/Producer.

What inspired you to become a DJ?

In a nutshell, expressing my tastes in music while simultaneously making people happy and making people move! That, and hearing people scream…that’s always fun.

What artists do you like to spin?

A wide range. Everything from 80’s, Alternative, Pop and International artists. I seem to gravitate to more alternative synth-pop artists.

Do you have any particular staple or song that you always play?

If so, why? I really have a ton of them and I add more to my repertoire as more classics are created. Deee-Lite “Groove is in the Heart”, Madonna’s “Into the Groove” and New Order’s “Bizarre Love Triangle.” I’ve been playing those since I started. Why, a good song is timeless!

What are some other artists you look up to or have influenced you in any way?

I would say recording artists such as Daft Punk, Bjork, Orbital, The Blue Man Group and Underworld really influenced how I present myself when I’m performing. They just do their own thing and really do more performance art, something that has always appealed to me.

What is your favorite city to spin in and why?

Miami Bitch! Nuff said!

Where do you typically spin in South Florida?

I’ve really done so many venues. I’m kind of a crossover DJ since I’ve done alternative/indie Parties, chic hotel lobbies, gay bars and clubs, city sanctioned festivals and concerts.  Of course, my current residency is at “Liquid Fridays” at Living Room Nightclub, Fort Lauderdale.

Do you have any special performances coming up?

I am currently working on a stunning concert series with upcoming dates in several U.S. cities and international venues as part of the “Rock the World” Tour with Tania Mashay, Ceevox and Michael M.  For more info, check out  You can also check out my newest residency, “LIFE” Saturday’s, at Vita on South Beach beginning August 8, 2009.

Deee-Lite “Groove is in the Heart”, Madonna’s “Into the Groove” y New Order’s “Bizarre Love Triangle.”

He estado en tantos locales.

¿Tienes algunos eventos especiales?
